Remedial Massage Therapist
I began studying remedial massage at Sage Institute in 2015 after deciding on a career change, obtaining my diploma of Remedial Massage in 2016. Regular massage was something I’d been experiencing the benefits of for years myself and it seemed natural to want to pass those benefits on to others.
I’ve worked in various different environments since qualifying, including corporate, day spa and clinical settings. Along the way I found I really enjoy pregnancy massage and have since gone on to complete Practitioner of Pregnancy Massage and Advanced Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage training.
Outside of work I enjoy swimming – love being in the water, walking, baking – I’m really into baking sourdough bread at the moment, reading, photography and spending time with family and friends.
Remedial Massage Therapist
I come from a competitive sporting background, and have been Personal Training and Sports Coaching most of my life.
Remedial Massage has felt like a natural and complementary addition to my skillset, adding to my knowledge, and experience allowing me to provide a higher level of care to my clientele.
My treatment philosophy encompasses a holistic approach and I enjoy using a variety of Therapeutic and Remedial techniques.
Whether it be relaxing, pre and post-natal, or sports and deep tissue massages I aim to help with functionality, range of movement and managing chronic pain.
